These terms govern your use of the Velna Zvis Nutrition site, which focuses on ingredient and nutrient information.

By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time you place an order governs that order.

2. Who May Use This Site

3. Product Information and Labelling

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including the full Supplement Facts panel for each formula. Product information is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If a product you receive does not match its listing, contact us and we will put it right.

4. Dietary Supplement Disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements. Statements regarding them have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not use a supplement as a substitute for a balanced diet or for medical care.

5. Pricing, Availability and Errors

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors and to cancel or refuse any order where an error is identified, including after an order confirmation has been sent. Where that happens we will notify you and issue a full refund.

6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, where we suspect fraudulent activity, or where a pricing error has occurred.

7. Shipping and Risk of Loss

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy, which is published separately on this site and forms part of these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All text, imagery, product photography, logos and page layouts on this site are owned by Velna Zvis or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from site content without written permission.

10. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it in connection with our products and marketing. You are responsible for the content you submit, and we may remove anything unlawful, misleading or off-topic.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velna Zvis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Indemnification
