Ordering and label reading questions, answered for people who want to know exactly what is in the bottle before they buy.

How do I read your Supplement Facts panel?

Start with the serving size, then the amount of each active ingredient per serving. The percentage Daily Value tells you how that amount compares to a reference intake, not how much you personally need.

Why do you list exact doses instead of a proprietary blend?

A proprietary blend gives one number for a group of ingredients, so you cannot tell how much of each you are getting. We list every active ingredient with its amount.

What does 'elemental' mean on a mineral label?

A mineral supplement has a total compound weight and an elemental weight. For magnesium, 1800mg of magnesium taurate delivers far less than 1800mg of elemental magnesium. The elemental figure is the one to compare between products.

What is the difference between magnesium taurate and magnesium oxide?

They differ by what the magnesium is bound to. Oxide is dense in elemental magnesium by weight but poorly absorbed; taurate is a chelated form bound to the amino acid taurine, and is generally better tolerated.

What does DGL mean on the licorice ingredient?

Deglycyrrhizinated licorice. The glycyrrhizin fraction has been removed, which is the part associated with concerns around prolonged intake of whole licorice root.

Are your products tested by a third party?

We test every batch for identity, potency, heavy metals and microbials through qualified laboratories. Certificates of analysis are available on request for any lot number.

Do your products contain allergens?

Each product page lists the full ingredient panel. Our gummies are formulated without gluten, soy and dairy; always check the individual label for the product you are buying.

How should I store them?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap closed. Do not store in a bathroom where humidity fluctuates.

How long do they keep?

The best before date is printed on each bottle. Do not use a product past that date.

Can I request a certificate of analysis?

Yes. Email bonnie4561104@gmail.com with the lot code printed on your bottle and we will send the documentation for that batch.
